We are now hiring:

Full and part-Time Customer Service Representative (Wynnewood, PA)

Main tasks are answering phones, selling services, booking appointments, scheduling technician's assignments and administrative work during the day.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests.

Monitor technicians' locations using GPS to coordinate service and schedules.

Create and post service work orders into software system.

Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.

Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or service performed, charges, or any other dispatch information.

Requirements:

Good computer and phone skills.

Highly organized with Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Must have the ability to multi-task and solve problems in order to meet customer's needs or issues.
